Book:  Five Point Someone Author: Chetan Bhagat Publisher: Rupa & Co. ISBN:81-291-0459-8 Genre: Fiction Hi readers, today I'm writing a review of the Chetan Bhagat book Five point someone . The book is mesmerizing and will drag you back in your college days. And in case you are about to enter college then just read how fun it is in attending the college. I hope you all have watched movie 3 idiots then you can relate it while reading the book. In my case it was vice-versa I read the book and then later the movie released. So I related the book with the movie. Now, coming back to the book review the plot revolves around the IIT college and the three friends who always secure the GPA greater than 5 but less than 6. Book Review: Rich Dad, Poor Dad

Book: Rich Dad, Poor Dad
Author: Robert Kiyosaki, Sharon L. Lechter
Publisher: Warner Books Ed
ISBN: 0-446-67745-0
Genre: Personal Finance, Business, Investment
Rich Dad, Poor Dad is a must read book for everyone then it doesn't matter whether you are from finance background or form non-finance. One of the professors in my B-school suggested us to read this book hence I borrowed it from the college library. After reading the book I got so inspired and immediately got one copy of the book from Amazon.
The book also states the difference between rich people teaching their kids Vs the poor or middle class doesn't. Though the book has some financial terms those terms are very well explained. The book states how and where to invest money.
The story is about two dads one is his real dad and the other is his friend's dad. Both of them ha almost the same income but with different thoughts about money and investment. He says that the poor dad works for money and the rich dad makes money work for him.
The author also clears the meaning in between the asset and the liabilities. He further says that the car you own is a liability but if you give the same car on rent becomes your asset. Robert says, "An asset is something that puts money in pocket whereas the Liability is something that takes money out of the pocket".
“The rich acquire assets and the poor and middle class acquire liabilities.”- Robert Kiyosaki.
He further explains the cash flow pattern, the credit and debits very well. Mr. Robert also says that each and everyone should be financially literate
Some of the lessons I inculcated are summarized below:
1. The poor works for money whereas the rich have money work for.
2. It's not about how much money you make rather it's about how much money you keep.
3. Rich people acquire assets whereas poor acquire liabilities that they believe are assets.
4.  The mind is the single most powerful asset we all have.
5. Financial aptitude is what you do with the money once you make it, how you keep people from taking it to form you, how to keep it longer and how you make money work hard for you.
This book is worth reading. Reading book is the best pastime which would develop, increase knowledge and able to travel the world and beyond just by sitting in one place. So, what are you waiting for? Click on the link below and grab your own copy.
